    Stuck at dual core screen after FXZ back to 902 from .2233

    So I had ICS .2233 working fine and I got greedy and wanted to give .229 a try. So I used the same FXZ back to 902 method that I used initially to get back. Everything runs fine and when it goes to reboot it just sits on the Dual Core screen. I battery pulled and retried the FXZ 3 times now and I get the same thing every time...Any ideas? I'm panicking over here...

    sounds like you got a bad copy of the .902 file.
    redownload it and try again.

    Sarge's FXZ saved me. It booted up fine.

    That was my first brush with a bricked device. It is not a pleasant feeling.

    Same problem here, except I got stuck on Red M in final reboot. where can I get a copy of sargentmajord's FXZ?

    Thanks, I will try this after my droid battery finishes charging on the adapter. Question will this erase my ext SDcard? if so, can I pull it before FXZ and then will it be recognized after?

    This worked! Neede to reboot to get display to brighten up. rerooted using Motofail. downloaded TiBu. Back on the path. Thank you very much.

    It will not wipe your external SD card. I just verified and my external SD card data is intact.

    I think the latest version of it doesn't even wipe your internal storage, but don't quote me on that one.
