How can I change the language of my phone?

I am trying to teach myself Japanese and I am going to want to change my phone language to Japanese when I learn enough to start getting by so I can engrain it better.

Thanks, I am only seeing English and Spanish, is there anyway to add languages, I am willing to root if I have too.

You can use this method... works with all kinds of languages

There ya go... never change the language on your phone unless you're confident you can get through the menus and change it back... really embarassing to have a phone stuck in japanese that you don't understand too well

Konichiwa! While I cannot find whether it can be done, makes one wonder... kanji, katakana or hirigana... hope you are studying the right one ;-)
