Well the hard reset seems to have taken care of the issue for me (knock on wood). Only dropped 25% so far today.

So what's the best way to calibrate the bionic? Just go into recovery and wipe stats?

    Rooted Moto Droid Bionic
    Running: ICS 6.7.246

Is your Bionic rooted? If so, like I said, download Battery Calibration, charge your phone to 100% and then press on Calibrate on the app.

Supposedly you need the battery die and then you have to recharge it again to 100% but in my case, just pressing calibrate fixed it.

There are 4 extended batteries for the Bionic that you could use. Mugen makes 2, one uses the OEM door so if you have a case it'll fit.

Thanks, no to the root. changing batteries out would erase the benefit of calibrating the battery as none of them would have the same calibration specs. Same battery but the actual voltage and capacity very between them. Most lithium-ion batteries do not need to calibrated anyway, so it's more important to cycle them correctly.
I know about the mugen batteries but that's only about a 13% increase in capacity for a steep price. Thanks thouvh

I get bad battery drain sometimes...when I check battery usage Media with certain things listed below is usually the highest drain. I force close it, then close out. Go back in and check to see if force close is greyed out...if it is I am golden again

I froze market/google play with titanium backup and battery life seems to have returned.
