    Yes,you can,use this one to make sure you have 4ever root when done... [TOOLS] R3L3AS3DRoot and 43V3R root for the BIONIC v2.1

    Choose option 1.

    If I factory reset my phone and wipe all data, will that return me to stock so that the phone will then take the 901 update?

    OKay..last chance..try to update all your bloatware(if you haven't done so-hoping you didn't freezed/frozed any bloatware)..Try to download again the one on my #6 post(may be you have had a bad download)then use the stock recovery..If this doesn't work..am so sorry...you need a computer for an easy job just in case..
