    why so many 5.5.893 issues

First things first sorry to be so negative.

    but....

From what I read some get it some dont, some get better data connections some get worse, some get better battery life and camara and some get worse or the same...what the hell kind of update is this? Im starting to think I should have stuck with dare I say Ip***e ,at least it was stable.I like the Bionic but this is turning into a joke, Im still getting massive data loss and am now considering selling this failed attempt of a great phone.

    Thanks Moto

Yea the Android system sucks when it comes to updates. Experience varies. The forums are like this with most phones after an update. Its happened with every Android phone i have had no matter who the manufacturer is. Factory reset is usually needed because updates work better on clean systems. My phone has been great since the update. I did factory reset before hand. You can usually do one after if you want. I am not sure if that's why I got better results or not.

I didn't reset and mine is dern near perfect. Blown away by all these bad experiences so many people are having. I flippin love the Bionic!

I was offered a Razr replacement and turned it down. Was gonna try for a GNex but decided not to. I like this thing too much. Guess I'm lucky??

I have not had any issues since we got 4g three months ago.
And for the iPhone, why do you think the haven't thrown 4g in their phones yet. Because the towers aren't without problems and they don't want that headache.

+1 on the lucky... No offense to those with issues but imho, I'd say blame the operator... I'm secretly guessing it's more a matter of people wanting something else and using this as an excuse?
If there is truly an issue, take it too a store and let them do the reset or sbf ... They will replace it if necessary.
The Gnex has already seen it's share of issues, hardware and software.
They say a little information can go a long way but too many People want to use it to self diagnose and treat there issues because it sounds easy. When it fails or does not meet their expectations, they blame everyone but themselves...
These are amazing devices but the limitations are not limited too the device.

I agree with nyteravyn. No offense, the problems people are having seems to be OHS (operator head space).
