That's good to know. I understand this update also has improvements with battery use.
The ICS lock is freaking sweet!

Without widget locker, I was getting about a day and a half, 33ish hours give or take with performance mode. With it, it would usually be dead or about 5% when I would go to bed on day 1, with super saver settings, after about 12-15 hours.
I loved the app, I really did, but that was just unacceptable. I bought the extended battery so I could do whatever I want without worrying about a dead phone. This made that impossible. Please keep me updated and let me know if this has been resolved.
Lol....just lost 2 hours with widget locker thanks!
Just got WidgetLocker. It look/works great.
Interestingly, I think the usability aspects of the Sense3 theme is far superior to the new ICS theme.
I sincerely hope that it's not a battery drainer. I get at consistent 14-16 hours of battery life per day. If it drops, it'll be b/c of WidgetLocker.
Here's hoping!
I put it on yesterday. I am currently monitoring battery usage and will report back. Prior to the update I stopped using it because it was eating through the battery.
Good idea. I dropped it because of the comments about battery life and came across is widget locker eating anyone else's battery life? which talked about the update (someone got the beta version of that by contacting the developer) and said that battery life was improved. This update must be the released version of what they were talking about. One thing I noticed is the Widget Locker icon is no longer on the notifications bar.
I've been using MagicLocker & the same thing is happening. It's draining my extended battery MUCH faster then without! I alos have Juiced Defender Ultimate installed but I noticed that sometimes it doesn't turn my data connection back on even if I disable the app! Hearing you guys talk about the3 battery drain with Widget Locker made me look at MagicLocker...BIG difference! Thanks!
