About LinkBacksI am looking to sell my Droid Bionic, but I think the person who wants to buy it will need a clean SIM card. Can Verizon clear my data from the SIM Card? Is there a way to clear the sim card from the phone. I don't want issues down the road.
Any help would be appreciated.

10-08-2011 01:35 PMAs far as I know SIM cards on VZW are married to the account. If you sell the phone the person buying the phone would need to call VZW and get them to send a SIM card for the phone. They (I think) just need the ESN to generate a SIM data. But you would NOT send the card with the phone.

10-08-2011 01:41 PMYour sim card is attached to your phone number. Once you transfer your number back to a 3G phone then the sim card is dead.
