Google Voice...Auto-launch Dial Pad on Incoming Calls?

I use Google Voice quite extensively, and have it set so that all incoming and outgoing calls use my GV number for caller ID with call screening. This works great for my purposes but it also means that all incoming calls show as MY GV number and to answer a call I need to (1) answer the phone then (2) press 1 to answer, 2 to send to voice mail, etc.

I see the Bionic has call settings that allow auto launch of the number pad for outgoing call types, but I can't find anything that will do the same for incoming. It would be nice if I could answer the phone with bluetooth and, upon listening to the announcement, simply press the appropriate number on the ready-and-waiting keypad. Currently I have to answer, select keypad and then press the number. I'd like to have that keypad automagically come up when a GV call comes in. Not a big deal but it would bea nice touch.
