This was a company provided phone. They got Verizon on the line and we tried to do a reset (power and X button) without any luck. Phone was out of warranty so it is getting replaced with a Droid 4.

Sometimes I wonder if these late life updates for older phones aren't to render the phones useless in order to get us to buy new ones!Rooted Droid 4 with Jelly Bean 4.1.2, system version 98.72.18.XT894.Verizon.en.US
