Turning off Bluetooth Audio

When I'm in my car I want to use bluetooth to make calls but want to play audio through the cable and not through bluetooth. But as soon as my phone recognizes my car's bluetooth, it switches to bluetooth audio. How do I prevent this and force it to play through the audio output instead of bluetooth while still keeping bluetooth dialing available?

That's right. Bluetooth for calls but the cable for audio. I think audio sounds better through the cable and calls are more convenient with bluetooth.
