How do I disable voice commands feature?

There is much that I LOVE about the DROID2, however the one thing I find particularly annoying so far is that every time I tap twice on the home button, the device locks up for a long moment, the screen goes black and some lady's roboto voice says "Please say a command" when I had no interest in entering voice command mode.

Let me tell you, my only commands so far is for the voice command feature to go #$%! itself.

How can I fix this? I would still like to have the option of voice commands, but not by tapping twice on the home button.

Menu - settings - applications - double tap home launch.
Change it to something else.
