    Unrooting

Just I case I don't want to be rooted anymore or I need to return the phone or something, how do I unroot? I rooted with z4root and I know there's an unroot button, but I want to know what I should do with my root apps? And how do I clock back to normal speed?

I believe Jrummy put a restore default option in that app. Going by what I've seen on my gf's D2.

What about droid2 bootstrapper. That's the only thing im really worried about because I read in another thread that it caused problems for them. I haven't installed any roms or anything. The only thing I used it for was to change my boot logo back to stock. Can I just uninstall the app?

Or can I just keep all my root apps and not use them just incase I decide to root again? Will that cause any problems?

The only one that I know would cause any issues would be superuser. Just curious, why do you want to unroot?

I don't, I just wanted to know from the beginning when I first start with rooting so I don't have to panic if I need to get it replaced or whatever. Just safety precautions I guess
What would superuser do? Can't I just uninstall it?

Oh ok gotcha! It would cause a problem when trying to root again so uninstalling it would be a good idea.

So if I set my clocking back to stock, and uninstall superuser im good to go? Can I keep other root apps for re-rooting later?
