    They usually leak but you might want to charge your blackberry because no one nows when it will leak

    How is that done? I can't get to recovery. All I see is the M logo... I pulled the battery but only brings up up the M logo... Is there a way to force the phone to recovery?

    No need to force it. Power your phone down, slide the keyboard out, press x and the power button at the same time. That will boot the phone into recovery and you backup can be restored there.
