About LinkBacksI want to save some battery life so I downloaded setcpu but I'm not sure what I should set the max/min to for when the screen is off or something like that. What are some good profile setups for this app?

07-07-2011 11:41 AMI set my screen off to 300 and 300-800 for when I'm using my d2g. I get a full day of use with these settings. Also I recomend root tools has an ad blocker as well as cm heap settings. Are you running a stock Rom or custom Rom?

07-07-2011 11:49 AMWell I just flashed cm7 myself and haven't really played with my d2g being I have an EVO also.....but on hexen I used those settings and had no lag or reboots and could go all day on one charge. My EVO can't do this but i have no choice but to use it as my d2g was prepaid and I refuse to pay 125 for unlimited.talk text and 2 gb of data.

I went to SetCPU's website and read all I could about how to set up profiles. They have some suggested on there, I used most of those for awhile. Now I only use screen off (300-300), charging and temp profiles similar to the ones on there.

07-07-2011 12:08 PMI only use screen off profile and set my clock speeds at boot. When I used 300-600 I had reboots so I upped it to 800 and no issues from it period. Also I always had gps and sync on with these clock speeds and got well over 24 hours a charge.

07-29-2011 03:25 PMAnybody use Android Overclock for their D2G ?? I just got SetCPU but i was still wonder how AO worked. and are their any other battery saving tricks or settings you guys know?
