06-25-2011 09:36 PMIf you were smart, you would have wired in a resistor to drop that 5V input to around 4V so you don't fry your battery.

06-26-2011 12:19 AMI've just heard of too many people toasting their batteries doing that. You definitely did a nice job on the construction though. That beats the hell out of bare wire taped to the contacts.
