    Unroot it with the manual way and then do a factory reset.

    Which unroot method are you using? Option 2d in the multiple phones link in my sig should get you where you need to be.

    Well I figured it out!!! I used root explorer and deleted the superuser apks there were too got rid of busy box and su too! Is it ready to go back?

    Not if Root Explorer is still working... Or even just present. Any root-only app needs to go.
