    So, since so far everything to root is not only extremely complicated (compared to rooting a Droid) you can't even avoid using a computer.

    And if you have a Mac, heavens forbid, what do you do then?

    i think the mac way has less commands, i can find it if u like, and since i am savy with a mac i may be able to make it easier too

    I would have a difficult time with the transition, I have become so accustom to my theme and capabilities on my Original Droid, and it has been almost a year in the making....even the thought of starting over is somewhat overwhelming but those thoughts can easily be put aside for the fact that there isn't one thing I find wrong with my D1---at this point it is all just temptation
