    I must not have done my first backup right. I thought all you had to do was hit that button.

    Which button? Try looking in Backup/Restore > Advanced Restore and see if its there. Should be dates.

    There's the bootstrap recovery button and the reboot recovery. I thought all you had to do was hit the bootstrap button.

    It's not in any of those places. The only backup I can find is one I made with ROM Manager. Other then that I think I'm SOL.

    Well if you have CWM installed on your phone you should be able to hit reboot recovery in droid bootstrapper and after you hit that go to backup/restore and backup your rom through bootstrap. ROM manager is simple and all you do is flash CWM recovery in rom manger and then once CWM is installed you can go to backup current rom and backup everything that way. Also titainium backup will back up your data.
