I am going to remove the actual posts after contacting the member, and add the member's name to this list as they come in. Don't be worried about your post disappearing. This process is to collect names of members who have an issue, we are trying to help resolve this with our members & MIRKRADLE.

ordered Sept 2010
many emails shipment was on its way.
finally got refund, but was told shipment
should arrive by Dec2010 .......... still nothing.

LadyPhoenix - I'm not at my shop tomorrow, but will be there Friday - I'll check at that time and see if you've been shipped with these latest bunches that have been going out daily, and if not will be sure to do so by Saturday (I'll be getting to the shop too late Friday to ship out that day if needed). I'll follow up with email to you. Meanwhile, can you do me a favor and send me a quick note to mikey06@optonline.net with the actual name you ordered under? It will make it much easier for me to check on your order.

Jim - I'm so happy you did this - it's actually the best thing ever. I'm finally getting a handle on things - your procedure here has helped a lot for communications and clarifying just who, what, when and where I've been tardy with! No Problem Mikey. I wanted this to be fair on both sides. I am glad you are agreeable on this section. Even though I may not own one of your cradles, I have always admired the work you put into them, and the good responses I have seen this past year about them.
Keep up the good work Mikey !!! I am hoping all this is resolved totally soon.

still waiting here. got notification on the 12th that it was mailed "yesterday" and would take 2-5 days.

i've PM'd twice since then, with no reply.
