google voice-actions not installing

I just tried to download and install google's new "voice actions" from the market and for some reason it won't install.
Voice Actions for Android

I tested the market app by downloading a different app and it does work. Its just seems like "voice actions" will not install for some reason.

Has anybody else run into this problem.

I had an error when I tried that

after I did "sys -rw" It said "sys: not found"

I extracted the apk's out of the zip of the "test signing" version, tried to install via apk installer and it didn't work. Should I use recovery mode to install this?

EDIT: I don't know what I did, but I gave the market version another try and it worked.

I had the same issue but fixed it. settings, applications, manage applications, all, select market and clear data and cache. Worked for me. But I cannot get adw to install a recent update since like 2 weeks ago, anybody have some info??

Voice search download and install works!

If anyone has problems installing from market you can go to the above link and download voice search. I pulled the apk from droid 2 system dump and its the same as the updated one in the market. You can then use root explorer to install.
chevy also posted a fix and there is a fix in bb section as well if you would rather gvet from market

I had to uninstall the one currently installed on my phone, and a reboot before the installs would take for both the voice search app and for the new google chrome to phone. I used absolute system to uninstall the apps also
