ADW Launcher: How to get back phone/browser/home icon?

My kids are always trying to hold and slide the triangle (like you would do in android 2.2). In ADW launcher that hide that bottom toolbar and I don't know how to get it back. If I mess with the ADW settings or reboot it comes back, but it is really annoying.

Is there any easy way to get it back?

If I posted in the wrong area can you directed me to the correct forum. Lithium Mod is the first ROM I've used with ADW.

showing/hiding the launcher is by a quick swipe up/down at the very bottom. To show it, do a quick short swipe from top to bottom for about 1/2 inch. To hide, do the reverse.

Thank you so much! Now that I know it is called a swipe, I changed the setting on what the swipe does the launcher doesn't hide anymore. Sweeet!
