How do I install Flash Player?

Hi,

I'm pretty new at rooting and I just installed Kangerade 1.1 and it seems like everything is working properly. (haven't install any kernel yet to overclock).

My question is how do I get Flash to work on my browser? I went to the Market and it's not found in there. I saw in the 1.1 log it mentionedAdded Adobe Flash Player (install from sdcard/adobeflashplayer) ....Just exactly where is this and how do I install it? I went to adobe website and click on downloading flash player mobile and it tried to take me to android market but then it tells me it's not found.

Please someone help me with this since one of the reason to get froyo is flash support.
