    The file is huge because there are some things downloading to your sdcard when you flash it. You will still have about 20mb of space in /system when you install.

    Let me know how it is. I'm getting a replacement Droid in tomorrow and trying to figure out which ROM to load on it. I'm coming from the Ultimate Droid 9.8 world.

    Jrummy,

    I will be downloading this new Rom shortly. I have a question is apps2sd something that can not be added to this Rom. I know 2.2 is suppose to have it and I have been using it, but it is not the same as it was with your 2.1 remix roms. For some reason the apps still take up space on the phone were with the 2.1 remixes it was all on the Sd card.

    K i just got this up and running and it works and looks great. One of my favorite things is all of the wallpapers it comes with, lol.
