it's not the "only" way - it's just the better way. RM can be a little buggy. i always dl to PC, drop on sdcard, and then install thru recovery - rom first (and let mkt dl all apps), reboot, theme second, reboot, kernel, reboot...

ok well i guess ill try it this way, this will be my first time doing it this way and i see there are 3 files that came in the download- Meta-INF, system, and boot img. do i just drop all 3 of these anywhere on the sd card or in a specific spot, or all 3 in specific spots? also do they have to stay there the whole time?

Actually the last time I did LFY 1.5 I wiped, then queued up via "Add Zip" in CWRM the ROM, slayher's kernel, BnB, the Naked Contacts/dialer from 928Droid, the Black Market from thebowers, and maybe one other, checking the wipe box for a second wipe. Shockingly it was the smoothest reflash I've ever done.

Great job liquid on this ROM and the themes... i have to admit every since installing LFY 1.5 and blueberry theme my battery life has been phenomenal!! keep up the good work. also you have some nice niftly apps that come with this rom very nice.

Hey Kyle,

No you dont have to move the 3 files you dont even have to extract the zip file on your compooter. Just download the rom zip file from the thread onto your compooter. Drag and drop the zip file to the root of your sdcard. Once its there you can reboot to recovery do the wipe then go to the install zip from sdcard option. Select the zip file and install. Bingo Bango your now running the rom.

Good practice runs. I had to do a few with 1.4 and 1.1 close together, and had issues with some MM themes, so I think I probably flashed 5 or 6 times in a few days

It just makes it easier the next time you do it
