Ok, I actually had to do a little work, so haven't made it beyond restoring my apps. Fingers crossed that there's a 1250 version when I actually get to look.

They only go up to 1200 right now -- so check out the 1200 and if you still think the 1250 is better (even without compcache), then the slayher v1.6 1250 should work just fine.

the install instructions for LFY1.5 say we need to use ADB to format partitions before using SPR to install the ROM.

anyone have a link to a guide that can explain this? will formatting via ADB mess up anything else if I want to go back to stock 2.2?

i *just* (within the past couple days) figured out how to get SPR and root on my phone and installed LFY1.4 last night, only to see this new shiny update 1.5 that i can't use without learning more stuff about ADB now lol. :shakesfist:

i did do a few searches about clockworkmod recovery and their homepage is worthless. there's not even a download link! no instructions on anything! so what is clockworkmod recovery?

i'm installing now - can't wait!! i don't want to be an ass, and i think you can tell from my number of posts in LFY v1.4 how much i dig your roms, but are there any plans to port WM'D to this version?? this will be a first for me - i never go anywhere w/o stew's theme... i don't need an ETA or anything - just wondering if it's being considered.

Now, how does clockworkmod recovery work? I assume it's going to replace SPRecovery that I have already, correct? How will a thing I download from the Market replace something on the boot recovery? To get SPR on before, I had to do it through RSD Lite.

so confused now this stuff is blowing my mind!

rsd rooted your phone and installed spr by default. clockwork is the same type format but more user friendly. you can control everything the boot recovery does from the rom manager app. its much easier. you'll see
