Google Music v4.0.9

So I tried to update to Google Music v4.0.9 from v4.0.1.501 and I get a signature error. Is there an APK of 4.0.9 that I can install on a LGB 3.1 ROM on a D1?

I had to move the Music.apk out of the system/app folder into the data/app (don't forget to reboot after this step) folder before it would update and install. Even though I could get it to update and install, it would FC after that. So I renamed the updated v4.09 to Music.apk instead of com.google.music.apk After it was renamed Music.apk I moved it into the system/app folder, rebooted and everything worked again.
