If you mean by default then no it does not block them. There are settings to do so.

I looked in liquids settings .. I can't find them . Can you point me in the right direction ? I'm trying to get Google music to work . It force closes when I try to open it . I read it might be because I have ads blocked .. Thanks

I don't think this rom has block ads option. If it does I havnt seen it. If someone finds it id like to know where it is too.

And btw my google music app updated and worked fine. I hope others can get it to work. I like the app its slow to load if not on wifi though but its still good. Have you guys tried clearing data and cache from market via manage apps. Idk if it will help you but its worth a shot.

That's just ad block for browser not the phone.

that is the only option to block ads no matter what you do app devs are implementing them java side and this method no longer works.
but in a normal app it does block the ads

I use adfree blocks all ads from phone all apps and browser. Try it.

really people must learn to read goto adsfree in market and read the description it uses the same exact method as liquid is for blocking ads just adsfree host file must be much bigger then liquids.it is the standard for most electronic devices computers phones and so on if you add 123.123.321.1 to the hosts file then the add at that link will not come thru but if they build it native to the app it bypasses this method. as seen in pandora radio , scrabble, drag racing and a cpl others that i know off hand.

if admod is the source that it calls for it has a traceback built in that sees it is being blocked and will close the app as seen in apple

That's just ad block for browser not the phone.

I'm using the system ad blocker & it works fine for me. Ad block from the market screws up how the page loads on the browser
