This is on my OG Droid. I don't know if this will work on other phones.
The only downside to this is reverting back to the stock camera. I really liked the features on Liquid's camera, but the force closes made it useless.

-First, make a nandroid backup.
-Download a different ROM to your computer. Project Elite 6.5 had a good working camera, so I downloaded the ROM, then extracted the camera.apk file to my desktop. You will find it in system\app\camera.apk
-Copy this file to the root of your sdcard on your phone.
-On your phone, using Root Explorer, go to the camera.apk file on your sdcard and move it to the system\app folder on your phone and overwrite the existing camera.apk file. Make sure you hit the MOUNT R/W first or it won't let you move the file.
-Reboot phone and test it out!

Let me know if I missed anything.
Also, since installing this rom, my high quality videos are only at 10-12fps. Even after editing the media_profiles file, it doesn't change a thing. It was already set to 24 fps.

PLEASE, IF ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO GET THE CAMCORDER TO RECORD AT 24 FPS AGAIN, I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL!!! Worked just fine on my previous rom. Is anyone else having this same issue? My videos are not as fluid and you can definitely tell the quality is 11 fps. Thanks!
