What's with not using Titanium to restore user apps (not system apps) and data, I thought that was the preferred way to do it, I'll do what ever it takes for it to run well as always had great success with Liquid's awesome ROMS, just curious more than anything?
Do you have to start all over setting prefs, etc in every app than, everytime you flash a ROM?
**v2.6 Changelog (08/06/11) **

Is anyone else having an issue installing Google Maps? I wiped Data/Cache/Dalvik before installing the ROM, and I haven't touched any settings other than signing in with my google account and accepting the market TOA. Every time I try to install it, it says I have "insufficient space on this device."
Checking my applications settings, I have 99MB used and 163MB free. There's no way I don't have enough space.
Nevermind. A reboot was all that was needed to fix the issue. I'll leave this post in case someone runs into the same problem.

Also, I do a Factory Data Reset (Settings, Privacy Settings) every time I update. This does not erase music, and photos just data. This made a big difference for me. External apps did not take as long to load after a reboot and it seemed more responsive less of a lag.
I tried changing back and forth from the regular battery icon to the mini one like you mentioned in your earlier post, doesn't fix it though. And while changing back and forth, I noticed the stats were different between the 2 icons. Mini one showed 90 percent, while the regular icon showed 70 percent.
Upon switching back and forth about 5 times, the regular one finally showed 90 percent like the mini, which was the correct percentage. So something is a little screwy there also.
I had wiped battery stats along with cleaning everything else and manually installing apps, before installing this version.
LGB 2.6 FTW
And I have that happen too where switching back or forth can cause the wrong percentage to display but it always rights itself. Normally when the battery changes percentage, which for the DX takes no time at all since its in 1% increments. I assume its just the images getting jumbled up for some reason but I havent noticed any actual issues associated with it.
It appears that the wifi turns off when the screen turns off with this ROM.
Is there a setting that allows you to leave wifi on all the time? I know that this can be done in Honeycomb (on my Xoom), but I swear that I have looked through every setting and can't find an option to toggle this behavior in this GB ROM.
I really think that this is the best ROM I have tried in a long time. I have jumped ROMs about 5 times in the last week or so. Tried PE, MIUI, and one other one (all in multiple variants), and this seems the snappiest to me right now.
Thanks in advance,
