Liquid Gingerbread v2.2 Release

I always love your work liquid. You helped improve my phone with every release. But this update is giving me some problems right from the beginning. This might be a sign to finally get a new phone (droid 3).

I can't change the cpu speed. I tried the trick from 2.0 but it always defaults back to 600MHz no matter what I try...and the phone crawls at that speed. The other thing is the mini battery percent bar. The percentage is fine, but the bar is showing I have little to no battery left. And the last quick thing I noticed was the usb. The icon became a 4G icon and it says my sd card can not be used as a mass storage device.

Fully wiped and re-installed 3 times. Jumping to my backup for now. Will try again tomorrow.

Speaking of kernels are there any other than Chevy's that don't break USB and compcache on this ROM?

did i read correctly that the camera/camcorder was broken? possible to push a different version to fix this?

Someone suggested a fix: DL Cyanogen 7.1 RC and extract the camera.apk and replace the LGB one. It worked for me on LGB 2.1. Am still testing this new release and will report back.

Ok, there is an issue still. I installed the new 2.2 ROM (wiped 5 times!)and before I added any of my apps, I tried the camera and it worked flawlessly.

However, after I re-installed all of my apps, the camera issue returned. Either an app or a launcher (ADW or Launcher PRO) or something else is creating this issue. It will take 1 pic and then freeze or re-boot the phone.

I will now attempt to replace the camera.apk with the Cyanogen 7.1 RC1 and report back.

UPDATE: Replacing the camera.apk with Cyanogen 7.1 RC1 camera.apk works! Camera took multiple pics and didn't freeze or re-boot the phone!

I installed LGB2.2 last night. No problems during the install as I've noticed with all of Liquids Roms. hopefully this version has knocked out alot of the problems we were all having with the previous releases. however, I am really interested to hear about his possible camera fix. Would someone be able to point me in the direction of some sort of "guide" and link so as to extract and install this "Cyanogen 7.1 RC camera.apk"?

great ROM been using Liquid ROMS for some time . . .

one issue, attempted switch to stock Market and now Market gone. Tried to re-install thru Liquid Settings and appears to run but no app. TiBackup won't restore either, any ideas?
