LGB 2.0 missing /dev/log* - not able to logcat

I installed LGB 2.0 when it was released, and I am quite happy with this release so far - Kudos to Liquid0624.

However, recently, I wanted to use logcat to try figuring out why Google Maps crashes every once in a while, and from both a terminal on the phone and running `adb logcat` from my computer, I get a message stating:

Unable to open log device '/dev/log/main': No such file or directory

I don't recall doing anything special to the phone after flashing. I'm working with the kernel that comes with LGB 2.0.
I googled that error and it looked as though there were some responses stating that some kernels may have logging disabled for whatever reason.

Is it possible that the Kernel included with LGB 2.0 has had it's logging disabled? If not, anyone have any ideas how to go about rectifying this?

Yes all of chevys are disabled....try corcor or maybe petes....also remove the line in init.d/01imoseyon that says "rm /dev/log/main"

No kernel will do logcat, liquid has put a script that runs at boot that disables logcat for extra speed!
