LFY Questions
Hiya -
So I've noticed just some small nagging issues with the LGBv1.92 on my Droid.
Just getting a little sluggish after about 2-3 weeks of use now, and some of the typical 3G/WiFi issues and such is making me think I have one of those "gettin' up there" OG Droids that might perform a bit more reliably running Liquid's last Froyo release. Still running the stock kernel, have it clocked to 800mHz, Smartass Gov. I think I see a few posts here and there from some other users that LFY just works better for their particular handsets than some of the lucky ones here who have no issues with LGB.
My questions are:
1: Did the last LFY ROM have the Theme Chooser capability or was that strictly for LGB only?
2: Where can I look to DL the last LFY ROM for the OG Droid if I wanted to try it?
3: I am guessing it's possible that a potential solution to some of these issues may be some tweaking in the overclocking or potentially the kernel...?
I'm not saying I'm abandoning LGB completely. I really do like it. However, I want to just get informed prior to my making a decision.
Any help is appreciated...and thank you very much!

LFY did not have the theme choser. That is found only on gingerbread roms. I would recommend trying one of the newer Chevy kernels. At one time I was experiencing some lag and they clered it up for me. There is also a newer version of LGB that should be out in the next couple of days if you can hold on for a bit more with the help of a kernel.
EDIT: The newest Chevy kernels can be found in his forum, they are the ones dated 5/31/11 I believe.

Oh, awesome news! I think I'll just hold out then for the newer version of LGB. May try the kernel option as well.
Thanks again for the time, JSM!
