Proximity Sensor Issue During Call

My phone is running LGB 1.42, and to start out with it is one of the best Roms ever.

the problem is when im in a call and i move the phone off my face the phone vibrates, which is annoying as hell cause it happens ever five seconds

anyone know whats the problem? it might have been me messing with some setting, i just have no clue.

and before anyone says it, yes i did wipe data and cache

I would have a look at "Liquid Settings> Application> Phone Settings".
There are settings in that menu to vibrate on answer, hangup, call waiting, and every 45 seconds.

Also, maybe try the "always use proximity" option. I love it. My cheek used to disconnect calls whenever I was doing something else with my hands until I enabled it. Maybe the same type of thing is happening to you.

thanks for the help, it still vibrates every so often but its much better


i also tried using that always use proximity option and i love it, i always had the problem of my cheek hanging up on people, now its nonexistent
