I am so sorry. My wife and I had 4 miscarriages. We have 2 beautiful daughters, thanks to some wonderful doctors. The best thing you can do is be supportive of your wife. She feels like it was her fault and is blaming herself. Just be reassuring and comforting and help her through this. Don't grieve in front of her. I know it's your loss too, but she really needs you right now. If you need to grieve and let it out, talk to a good friend, family member, or your Priest, Reverend or Rabbi. Or me. I would be happy to help.

My wife and I lost the first one too. Really gets at you because of all the stuff that goes threw your head at the time. Be there for here and when your ready try again. I have four beautiful children now and we are the happiest parent. Well when im not doing the " stop pulling your sisters hair routine" best of luck ti you and yours.
