I'm pretty sure it's associated with the Talk apk

It does it on SS too though.

Theme: MBK's TruBlue HoneyGingerComb with Matrix Pulldown

It's due to the video chat in Talk 1.3. So if SS 5.4 had Talk 1.3 then this is why the camera powers up when rebooting.

That makes a ton of sense. I flashed the lite verion of this theme on to my LGB nandroid and no camera noise.

Yeah the noti colors are easy to change, I have my notis set to ff0099ff and noti titles set to ff0000ff, to match the theme...

And glad you guys like the theme, the Lite version still has basically the full theme but without the Market and Talk w/Vid Chat, haven't narrowed down why they work for a bit then FC??...especially considering that the Market version is the sa,e as the stock one, 2.3.6 which is the latest...

So I'll keep tweaking until I isolate the cause, then will post a revised Theme.zip or just post independent update.zips for each of those APKs...

*Well I was able to get a Stock Talk2 APK to work with this ROM, but it isn't inverted. Inverting it causes incompatibility issues which I was not able to isolate. But you still do now have Talk with Video/Audio Chat...
**As for the Market, I've had to include Liquids InvertedMarket back in due to how he recompiled it, I'm unable to decompile and recompile his Vending.apk without it FC'ing if a MetaMorph of any kind is installed. It is however still almost completely themed to TruBlue.

So this is now the full theme with all the APKs...enjoy...
