If I flash v8 do I have too use TB? or since im flashing the same rom will everything will still be in place?

If you're on anything that isn't 0.8 now, you have to wipe data/factory reset, or things will massively screw up. If you are on 0.8, you can just reflash it if you want.

Wipe data/factory reset, no.

Just reflash .8, yes.

By the way, before I flash anything, I make a nandroid backup. I would recommend you do the same. :-)
