Reporting strange event: locked at boot logo

So I loaded Liberty 1.5. When I went to reboot the phone, it lock on the boot logo. Tried hard boot by removing battery and same state. I then pulled the battery and tried to do a restore to factory (hold Home @ power on). After I loaded the factory image and rebooted the phone, it launched into liberty... Phone seems to be working just fine now, with liberty 1.5, Droid X @2.2. I'll report back when I have a chance to play with it. Just wanted to put this out there encase any one else had the same issue.

If you start experiencing issues while running the ROM like this, then I would advise you following the steps below.

    1. Open bootstrapper
    2. Bootstrap Recovery
    3. Wipe Data
    4. Wipe Cache
    5. Mount System (Will read Unmount System)
    6. Mount Data (Will read Unmount Data)
    7. Back to CWM Main Menu
    8. Install .zip from SD
    9. Choose .zip from SD
    10. LibertyX-1.5
    11. Yes.

After installation go back to CWM Main Menu and Reboot.

Should be good to go after this. Keep me posted.

Followed the instructions to a T. The only difference was that I downloaded the rom straight to my SD card.
"(1)The first step is to make sure that your device is rooted and has Clockworks Recovery installed.
(2)Download Liberty 1.5 ROM For Droid X from here [Click here for Droid 2] and save the zip file on your PC.
(3)Now connect your phone to the computer, mount SD card as flash drive and copy the downloaded ROM file to SD Card root.
(4)Now boot into Clockworks Recovery VIA Clockworks Bootstrap
Once in the recovery mode, navigate down to Wipe Data / Factory Reset and select this option.
(5)Once all data is deleted and you are factory reset, hit power button to go back to recovery main menu.
(6)Now once you are back in recovery main menu, navigate down to Install Zip From SD card and follow onscreen instructions to flash Liberty 1.5 ROM on your handset.
Once the installation is complete, reboot your device."

Every thing seems to be working fine. The only issue seems to be that I have a rectangular, yellow boot logo instead of the bird. Tried to change it but then it boots into boot loader, I hit reboot and it boots up without the bird. All in all I'm really liking it
