My data shuts off

Hey i love liberty. Unfortunatly my data shuts off alot when my screen sleeps. I dont have any idea how to fix this. any help would be great. thanks

Make sure this is checked:
Settings -> Accounts & sync settings -> Background data

I use Juice Defender, and it shuts off the data when my phone sleeps. It is a good thing as it saves on your battery. When the phone wakes up, the data comes back on.

But does it actually use more "juice" when phone comes back on by turning data back to sync?

I have no worries about battery. I made sure that sync was checked. Any other ideas?

Are you sure that you are not running any task apps that may be controlling wifi triggering an off state with screen off? Not read of anyone having this issue with the rom. Like said above I use juice defender and have mine set to turn off with the screen and auto activate sync every 30 minutes. On a side note I do use extended battery and two full days a charge is not uncommon. Stock battery with juice defender was closer to one day or less. 8 hours tops without the app.

changed the settings in wifi tether app and it seems to be running great. whoo hoo thanks guys
