From your phones home screen hit the menu button --> settings --> liberty settings then lock screen settings

Sorry that I wasn't to clear, I've already went into settings and change that and for my music controls also but they aren't showing up still. I've tried rebooting and everything else but just can't figure out why it isn't working.

Do you have a No Lock app enabled?

Not that I'm aware of, my lockscreen worked fine on apex and other roms but on liberty I cant get my lockscreen to display or my music controls

Playing with my phone a bit more I just realized for some reason it wont let me have the rotary lock and pattern? Is this the same for everyone else?

Any way to just bypass the slide/rotery lock and go straight to patter/pin/password lock?

I'm not a dev but i feel that i know enough about overclocking to answer your question sufficiently . Overclocking can be incredibly helpful if you have some battery to spare. Overclocking really has no negative effects other than causing instability if it is on the wrong setting and increased battery discharge. The setting that works best differs from person to person because every processor is a bit different. some phones may be able to handle a 1.4ghz overlock without a hitch, while others may not be able to go over 1.1ghz without being unstable. I find that 1.25ghz ULV is a good balance of added power to battery efficiency.

I personally like to use the zipallign all apps every once in a while but it isn't necessary to do on every boot.. just run it after switching between roms or any other time you have to install more than a few apps and you should be fine... i think i have mine set on zipalign the data apps on every boot.. anyway I hope that i answered you questions, Gl =)
