    Is mobile hotspot included, or an extra?

    It's hard to tell. I know they offer the service, but the Vortex has it listed as a phone feature.

    The app is included...to use it will cost extra. I believe its 20/month with a 2 or 5Gb limit.

    I have a 150mb plan. It would have been nice to use it within that limit.
