LG Vortex Bypass?

Does any one know how to bypass activation on the Vortex. Can't find it anywhere

The 4 corner tap should work.

There are no corners to tap takes you straight to the activation dail pad when you turn in on...

Any of the sites I found say it is on the first screen.
