My vibrate is totally gone... any help?

The phone doesn't vibrate anymore... whether ringtone, texts, or even when you press a button (the haptic feedback) is gone... I also made sure its checked in settings... nope no vibrate.. turned phone off, took battery out.. nothing.. been like this for 2 days... any idea?

I don't really have an idea what it is but my Ally did the same thing so I just went to Verizon and they are sending me a new one from warrenty. I have never had that happen with a phone before hopefully I will have better luck with the new one...otherwise I am going to upgrade.

I'd try a factory reset... It's worth a shot anyway

I would upgrade to a different phone. I upgraded to Droid and don't have any problems I gave the ally to my fiance and now this one wont lock screen. Its just not a very good phone.

    I can't upgrade for another year.. :/
I did go to verizon today though & they're sending me a new phone
My brother and his fiance have the droid and they really like it too.
At least my ally last me a year so hopefully the new one will do the same and by the time it craps out I can just get a new phone haha.
