    Help with USB connect

    Hey there. I've had my Ally for about a few weeks now and I haven't tried to connect to my computer until now. However, while I can charge it with my computer, it doesn't give me the notification/prompt to mount the SD card. I want to put some files from my old phone that I've saved on my computer, but right now it's not looking good. Can someone help me out?

    I have exact same issue. Anybody help please!!!

    I am having same problem. I never see the "mount" option on the curtain and never see the phone my pc.

    I just got done with this nightmare on my mother in laws Ally. You need to install the USB drivers on your PC. I attached the file I used here for your convenience.
