    If you hold down the call, menu, and call end buttons at the bottom of the phone it will reboot into recovery.

    Need help w Ally!....How do I rmv the "Message sent & rcvd msg". I hv turned the setting 4 delivery notification off bt tht msg says in the middle of my screen. Very frustrating. Ive shut dwn, still no use. Any suggestions?
