    I need help to flash a rom

    Okay i want to install velocity the one that has the black and green status bar. I need step by step instructions from someone who has flashed it themselves. I tried following the websites intructions but end up with a bricked ally. So any body willing to help me please do. On my ally btw

    Got a link to the rom? Also please post what system version you're on (settings/about phone)

    Not sure of the site. Like most ROMs, just download to SD, boot into clockwork, wipe data/cache, install ROM zip. That's normally how it goes.

    I do that but for some reason everytime I get a bootloop. I heard that I had to be on 2.1 or something lower than 2.2.2.

    I believe you need to be on 2.2.1. There doesnt appear to be a rom for 2.2.2

    If it's bootlooping boot into bootloader,: wipe cache, wipe/reset phone to factory, and wipe davlik cache, should fix the loop.
