    Messaging

    I posted yesterday and got one reply that didn't help. I downloaded Handcent SMS for messaging. I shut off the alerts from the messaging service that was on the phone, but I am still getting and alert from the old one when I am on the unlock screen. What to do?

    From what I've seen there isn't much to fix this. You just have to go into the stock messaging app so they are marked as read
