    Need help with root

    I rooted my ally before updateing. Now when I use my rom manager it will not let me install rom form the app. I am not sure if I allready have a rom installed and if I do how can I check and then remove it. I have heard great thing about velocity and would love to run that. If you can help it would be awsome. Thank you

    O sorry I forgot to add this in description. When I use the z4mod I used to root phone before update it won't re root or unroot is there any other ways I can re root besides z4root or any of the other apks on software2tech.com? None of them will work, I have allready tried.
