Problem with girlfriends ally

Well my girlfriends ally lately is having issues. She can't download any app with out it saying she has low memory. She deleted all her app except stock stuff from lg. This starts to inhibit her texting cause she wont receive texts cause of it. How can we free up this issue? ?

my wifes ally had the same issue with hers! she called verizon and they were on the phone for like 2 hours until they decided to send her a new phone then that new phone did the same thing so needless to say shes now on her 3rd phone. this third phone has been ok but the only reason is because she hasnt download but maybe two apps since she got it. but whats a smart phone if you cant use it for what its made for is my thought. but shes happy with it now so thats all that matters i guess....
