Just so everyone knows this is my very first port and first update zip so make a backup first. I take no credit for it I just like it so I thought lets give it a go. Installs just like any other update zip.
All credit goes to Manup456 for the original Nextheme.

Edit: I almost forgot, you need to go into Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Tweaks extras > Select a theme STOCK_Black....then reboot so the notifications writing is the right color.
Edit #2: I also included Pandora and themed the latest version 1.5.1
Edit: #3: Did I say this was my first port???? Okay I did, the new link has the clock widget themed now.
For anyone that wants the black NexTheme phone dialer I just made another update zip that will change the dialer to the last screenshot below.
