Been awhile since on CM got questions

Ok first time I've been on CM since the first froyo leak, and even then I was on a different rom a day it seemed like, but couple questions I have is, 1)on the power control widget what's the up & down arrows?
2) what's the reboot option bootloader do?

1) Turns off 3G data.
2) Reboots into the bootloader, I'd assume, if you needed access to it for RSD Lite or anything.

RenderFX is a widget to tweak the RBG spectrum. Example would be that more red cuts down on display battery consumption. I think it has more uses but not too sure what they all are.

It's a widget that lets you change the render color to save battery power, it just toggles it between normal and whatever you set it to. Check under Settings, Cyanogenmod settings, theres a section under there that lets you go through all the choices.
